Your symptoms are real.
The answers are too.

Pelvic healthcare that actually listens, coordinates, and treats you like a whole person, all from home.

None of this is your fault. And none of it has to be your normal anymore.

What we hear every day

If any of this feels like you, you're in the right place

You've been told it's "just part of being a woman."
You've seen three specialists, and none of them talked to each other.
You're exhausted from explaining your symptoms over and over.
The leaks. The urgency. The quiet way you've started arranging your life around them.
Your PCP is wonderful, but pelvic health isn't their specialty.
You've started to wonder if you're being dramatic. (You're not.)

Too many women spend years searching for answers.

Often 5 years or more

Waiting to get diagnosed. Five years of doctors who don't share notes. Specialists who don't see the whole picture. Patients are carrying the burden of being their own medical project manager.

Why telehealth works for pelvic health

Specialty care without the four-hour round trip

Most pelvic health specialists are clustered in cities. If you live anywhere else, getting answers means taking a day off, driving across the state, sitting in a waiting room, and doing it again next month for the next specialist.

Telehealth changes the math. Your appointments happen at your kitchen table. Your team coordinates behind the scenes. And because so much of pelvic health care is conversation, listening, and planning, most of it works perfectly over video.

When you do need hands-on care, we'll help you find it locally and loop your providers in.

Conditions We Treat

Care for what you need

  • Bladder urgency, leaks, and overactive bladder
  • Interstitial Cystitis and recurrent UTIs
  • Pelvic floor dysfunction
  • Menopause and perimenopause symptoms
  • Chronic pelvic pain
  • Postpartum recovery (the kind your six-week check-up didn't cover)

No five-month waitlist. Some pelvic floor practices are booking three, four, even five months out. When you're in pain, or recovering from birth, that wait isn't an option. We can get you started quickly.
